The narrow walkway that leads to the Acropolis. This is the only way up to the hilltop citadel. This city was a very valuable trading port between the Greeks and Phoenicians and was later held by the Romans, the Byzantines, the Knights of St. John, and the Ottomans. The fortress at the top was built by the Knights of St. John.
